Gentle Aerobics
Low impact class, suitable for beginners or those who want a less strenuous approach to aerobics.

Cardio Kick
Non-contact combat class with high intensity moves that include punches, jabs and kicks.

Military Circuit
A motivating and high intensity military style training session.

Salacise
Aerobic style exercise combined with salsa and latin dance moves.

FU Step
Improve your lower body toning, co-ordination and general fitness.

50/50
This class is a combination of two of the following; step, aerobics or body tine. 30 mins approx of each including warm up and cool down.

Run Ltd
Coached running sessions suitable for novice runners or participants that want to improve their stamina or running technique. Classes will include some road running and some indoor circuits and drills.
