After we receive your referral form, we will contact you to arrange an appointment with one of our qualified instructors to find out all about you, what you are interested in and how we can help.

Depending on the reason for your referral, we will match you up with the best qualified staff to get the best results and work out the right exercise options for you.

During the course, you can feedback on how we are doing and the results will be passed to your referrer.

All our instructors are qualified to a minimum of YMCA Gym Instructor or equivalent, Level 3 Fitness Knowledge or equivalent, Exercise Referral Qualification (YMCA, Gayton, Wright Foundation) and BACR Phase 4 (for CHD Patients).

Cost
12 weeks at a discounted rate of £2.50 per visit.
Initial one to one assessment with a exercise referral professional and further individual support is available in addition to the specific classes and gym sessions if required.
