Gymnastics training gives children strength, flexibility, co-ordination, balance discipline, muscle tone and health and fitness.

With our team of qualified coaches from Sheffield Workshop we are able to teach a range of disiplines. All children are able to enter British gymnastics awards and regional and national competitions.
