Handball is a combination of Basketball, Soccer and Netball. It is usually played indoors on a court about the size of two basketball courts however it can be played on a smaller court size. Handball is a great sport for helping you to get fit and healthy through
fast-paced exercise. It can also improve agility, flexibility and the body's cardiovascular system.
