Lane swimming is FREE to Fitness Unlimited members and Fitness Unlimited Family membership holders. Swim as many times as you like a week by becoming a FU member from only £25.00 a month. Whatever your age or fitness level, lane swimming in our swimming pool the Rock Pool is the ideal way to keep in shape, keep fit and stay healthy.
Swimming uses almost every muscle in the body and is a great, low impact cardiovascular exercise so you do all the hard work but without the physical impact of the gym.
Price
Adults: £4.00 at peak times and £3.20 at off peak times.
Juniors: £3.00 at all times
