Lane swimming is FREE to Fitness Unlimited members and Fitness Unlimited Family membership holders. Swim as many times as you like a week by becoming a FU member from only £24.00 a month. Whatever your age or fitness level, a lane swimming session in our Rock Pool is the ideal way to keep in shape and stay healthy.
Swimming uses almost every muscle in the body and is a great, low impact cardiovascular exercise so you do all the hard work but without the physical impact of the gym.
Price
Adults: £4.40 at peak times and £4.00 at off peak times.
Juniors: £3.00 at all times
