There is something for everyone at The Beach, from all action pirate adventures to deep relaxation on a floating bubble. The Beach swimming pool is for the whole family and has room for everyone to enjoy themselves.

For aspiring pirates, The Beach is home to the Mad Dog Pirate Ship which boasts a water slide, water cannons, tipping buckets that soak swimmers underneath and a lucky mermaid. You never know you might catch a glimpse of our resident pirates Mad Dog and Redbeard!

For those looking for a more peaceful experience, The Beach also hosts special sessions for a more relaxing swim for older swimmers or parents and toddlers with gentle waves and soothing bubbles where the stresses of the outside world just float away.

Swimming Admissions Policy

  • Under 4's admission - Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult (over 16) on a one to one ratio. Under 4's can be brought into the pool by adult (over 16) on a two to one basis during any Splish Splash or Lazy Leisure session with last admission at 2:30pm Monday- Friday and 10am at the weekend during term time and 10am Monday - Sunday during school holidays
  • 4 - 7 years admission - 4 - 7 year olds must be accompanied by an adult (over 16) on a two to one ratio (one adult per two children).
  • 8 years and over - 8 year olds and over can enter the pool unaccompanied.
