Our Rookie Lifesaver courses are for all you young budding swimmers who want to gain more confidence in the pool and more importantly have fun. You will learn;

- Self rescue
- Emergency response
- Increasing swimming competence
- Develop lifesaving skills
- Develop initiative judgement and team work
Plus have fun and make friends in the water.
