A positive attitude to health and fitness should be encouraged at every age which is why we offer a number of adult classes for teenagers aged 13-15 to attend with an adult.
All we require is a brief chat with our fitness consultants before you start, to fill in a health check questionnaire and make sure you get the maximum benefit from your exercise session.
Classes are booked in advance at reception or online and please let reception know your age before you come along. Teen Fitness is also available at Concord Sports Centre and Ponds Forge International Sports Centre.
