Classes

While you are getting fit, you could be having fun too. We run over 70 classes a week, so you will be certain to find something suitable which can fit into your hectic daily routine.

You can choose from around 70 different classes a week of varying intensity, each offering specific benefits. For instance, you could join a high energy class such as spinning or cardio kick, which will burn the maximum number of calories and improve your fitness in the shortest possible time. Alternatively, you could go for the more gentle "mind, body and soul" experience of Yoga or Pilates to increase flexibility, agility and build strength. There are the thoroughly enjoyable and social dance classes including belly dancing, to improve co-ordination and fancy moves, and the strength and conditioning classes such as body pump using weights and resistance bands to help you to tone and sculpt your body.

Fitness Improvement & Weight Loss
Increase your aerobic fitness with classes ranging from traditional aerobics to non-contact combat. All designed to improve overall tone while working your cardiovascular.

Mind, Body & Soul
Take time out to relax, re-energise and take control of your life. Stretch, improve flexibility and balance and lengthen and tone your entire body.

Muscle & Body Conditioning
Prepare to change the shape of your body with these classes. They offer the complete package; as well as working on strength and tone you will also improve posture, core stability and self-confidence.

Body Attack
An intense athletic workout using simple interval training techniques. No frills, no equipment and no place to hide!

Body Pump
A revolutionary class that uses the barbells to strengthen, tone and define every major muscle group. This highly motivating class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Swim Fit
The club which takes the gym to the pool. Learn how to use structured training cards to help achieve your goals and make lane swimming more interesting.
