What's happening on the day...
11.15 – 11.30am: Zumba Gold
12.00 - 1.00pm: Silver Circuits
1.00 - 2.00pm: Lunch (buffet will be put on for free)
1.30 - 2.00pm: Health walk around Hillsborough Park
2pm: Lord Mayor arrives
2.00 - 3.00pm: Cardiac Olympics
