We all come in different shapes and sizes (imagine how boring life would be if we were all the same!) and we all want to achieve different things from our workout whether its to lose weight, tone up or simply feel fitter. By taking you though our induction process we can help put together a health and fitness programme that is suited specifically for you and only you.
And if you get bored of it then tell us. That’s why we’re here! We’ll work with you to give you a programme that’s fun and will keep you motivated.

We needed some tlc...
We all need a bit of tlc sometimes and we’re no exception. So we’ve given our gym a makeover. We’ve even added some new equipment for you to have a go with including the very latest technogym equipment, Kinesis Wall and Powerplate machine (watch your wobbly bits wobble away!).
Richard Apps, General Manager at Hillsborough Leisure Centre said: 'As a centre we are constantly looking to improve and by expanding the fitness suite facilities we can continue to offer our members the best service, customer experience and value for money'.

When are we open?
Our Fitness Unlimited gym is open Monday – Friday between 7.00am - 10.30pm and Saturday - Sunday between 8.00am - 8.00pm.
How do I book an induction?
We want you to be safe and get the most out of your gym workout so we ask everyone to have a gym induction before they use the facilities on their own. You can book a gym induction by speaking to one of our fitness instructors or by contacting us on 0114 231 2233.
How much is it?
Our gym sessions are £5.20 (£4.35 slice card) at peak times and £4.20 (£2.90 slice card) at off-peak times. An induction is required before using our fitness suite at a cost of £12.00.
