 Do you find the gym a bit daunting? Do you need a bit more motivation?
Then you should try Club Motiv8 our ten week programme that includes gym and fitness class sessions for upto 8 people.
Before you start on the programme we’ll have a one-to-one chat with you to see what your current fitness levels are like and if we think you’ll benefit from being part of Club Motiv8. Then you can start on a ten week programme where we will set you certain goals to achieve. We’re on hand every step of the way to guide you through the programme.
Peter Clark, Health and Fitness Manager at Hillsborough Leisure Centre, said: "This scheme is not just for people who want to get fit, it's also for people who have not considered exercise before.”
"We put people in groups with other like-minded individuals so that they are all working towards similar goals. The idea is to attend two sessions every week at the same times with the same group of people. As well as the social aspect, I am sure they will encourage each other to keep going."

When is it? Club Motiv8 takes place Mondays 12.30pm - 13.30pm (fitness suite) and Thursdays 12.30pm - 13.30pm.
