If you’re short of time or fancy a change our express workout cards offer a great alternative to a ‘normal’ workout. You can workout from as little as 5 minutes to 30 minutes!
The workouts are a guide and should only be used if you are confident with the equipment included so we’d recommend you have a chat with us when you first think having a go. Don’t forget! You still need to make sure you complete an adequate warm-up, pre-stretch and cool down during your express workout.
