Body Train at Hillsborough Liesure CentreBodytrain offers a varied range of training and coaching, including complete body management, a comprehensive six week programme which combines personal training with nutrition advice, lifestyle coaching and neuro linguistic programming (NLP) to change unwanted beliefs and behaviours and implement strategies to ensure goals are met and a healthier lifestyle created.

Alison is a member of the register of exercise professionals (REPS), association of Neurolinguistic programming practitioners (ANLP) and member of the Healer Foundation. She has experience of working with teams at elite levels and was voluntary fitness coach for the Great Britain Women’s Rugby team in preparation for their tour of New Zealand.
