 We aren’t always perfect. Can you point us in the right direction? We want you to enjoy your time with us as much as possible. If you’re happy then so are we. But we’re only human (nobody’s perfect are they) and sometimes we might not get it quite right and we want you to tell us. No matter how minor you think it is because if you’ve thought about it then it’s important to you. So it’s important to us to get it right. We like a pat on the back sometimes too! Have we exceeded your expectations in any way? We all like to know when we’re doing something right so each month we reward one of our staff with a little something if they have excelled in making you visit a happy one.
