If you want the motivation and all round exercise of a gym programme with the lower impact of the pool, our Swimfit sessions offer the best of both worlds.
Whether you're a regular swimmer or a beginner, Swimfit classes are tailored to your individual workout programme to ensure you get your desired results. Swimfit was introduced by the Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) to offer swimmers the same guidance and advice you get from our gym fitness instructors.
Download a structured programme card and you can start using the programmes in any lane swim session to give you a varied, planned workout which you can include in your weekly fitness routine.
Swimfit is also available at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre.
